Warranty Period

  • Subry Chefy products come with 1–5 years warranty (depending on the product) and a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

  • Applies only to new or certified refurbished products purchased from SubryChefy.com or official Subry Chefy stores on Amazon.

  • Register your product within the original warranty period to receive an extra 5-year extended warranty (starts from your invoice date).

  • Note: Chargers and lithium batteries are not covered by the extended warranty. Legal minimum warranty rights are not affected.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by drops, abuse, misuse, or abnormal use.

  • Costs for removal or re-installation of the product.

  • Sample products.

  • Damage from natural disasters (fire, flood, lightning, earthquake, etc.).

  • Indirect or consequential damages, including lost revenue or property.

  • Batteries (unless explicitly covered).

Limitation of Liability

  • Subry Chefy is not responsible for warranties or commitments promised by resellers or third parties. Always request written confirmation.

  • Maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the amount paid for the product.

  • Subry Chefy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages, including lost data.
