Returns & Refunds – Subry Chefy

Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order before it is shipped or produced.

  • Full refund will be issued if cancelled in time.

  • Orders that are already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Returns

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • Item must be unused, in the same condition, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Do not send items back to the manufacturer.

  • Shipping is charged only once, including returns. No restocking fees.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account and credit card first — refunds may take time to post.
